Kidcation Kick-Off is a free event that will be hosted at the Witte Museum on Saturday, August 8, from 9 a.m. to noon. Families can enjoy food, music, games, and activities. They can also speak to representatives from businesses that will be providing deals during Kidcation Week to get a better idea of what is available.
San Antonio is the place to be for kids this summer during Kidcation Week, August 8 – 15 (www.KidcationWeek.com). During this special week, the city rolls out the red carpet for its youngest visitors and transforms into a citywide playground. Presented by Our Kids Magazine and the Witte Museum, Kidcation Week allows families to create lifelong memories and have one last summer hurrah before the kids head back to school.
