Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Meditation Center will conduct a 1 hour session starting at 9:30am. Visit here for a brief overview of the teacher and session. Raja Yoga is a style of yoga taught by Brahma Kumaris that is purely meditation, and does not involve physical postures. Raja Yoga may be practiced while sitting in a chair or on the floor.
