This is the 3rd event of the 5 day long WEFlamenco Fest 2018.
Event Details
Saturday, October 6th at 8:00 pm, the advanced flamenco dance program at S.A. Parks and Recreation in conjunction with Raices de Arte Español presents two acts of a variety of flamenco music and dances. In celebration of San Antonio's tri-centennial year, these performances pay tribute to the local maestras Carmen “La Chiqui” Linares and “La Sonya” Casillas for their vast contribution to this art form in San Antonio’s cultural landscape. Other professional guest artists help round out the evening with remarkable flamenco rhythm and movement.
