Winter Squash Soup, candied pepitas, sage, and Crème Fraiche
Second Course, Choice of:
Apple and cranberry salad with field greens, golden beets, candied pepitas, goat cheese, butternut squash, and apple vinaigrette
Caesar salad with romaine leaves, shaved parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing.
Main Course, Choice of:
Garlic rubbed Prime Rib, mashed potatoes, green beans, horseradish cream
Pork shank with sweet potatoes, mushrooms, pecans, bacon, and Brussels sprouts
Roasted chicken with golden beets, turnips, braised greens, and fingerling potatoes
Texas Redfish with fennel and cauliflower hash, jalapeno, and parsnip puree
Potato Gnocchi with Asparagus, tomato, oyster mushroom, lemon manchego cream sauce
