Artisanal cheese and charcuterie, roasted garlic sourdough, gardeniera, citrus marmalade.
Second Course
Classic Caesar salad, croutons, parmesan
Or
Local lettuces, radish, tomato, cucumber, goat cheese house vinaigrette
Third Course
roasted prime ribeye, yorkshire pudding, maple glazed carrots, cheddar and chive mashers, horseradish, rosemary bordelaise
Or
Traditional smoked turkey dinner, sweet potato gratin, bacon stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberries marsala, giblet gravy
