Volunteers for Fall 2018 Brews and Blooms

The Cerveceros are managing all the volunteers for the Brews and Blooms event on September 22, 2018.  All volunteers must be at the Gardens for Volunteer Check-in by 5:30pm except for the Setup Crew and Volunteer Check-in Crews who must be there 30 minutes prior to their assigned times.
Volunteers receive free entry into the event, glassware, drink tickets, t-shirt, and entry into a raffle for 2 tickets/transportation into the Texas Craft Brewers festival in Austin on Saturday, September 29th. There will also be raffles for a 22oz bomber of beer. Only volunteers who complete their shift will receive their shirt and entry into the raffles. Volunteers are allowed to leave their beer booth in breaks of up to 30 minutes as long as there are at least 2 servers at the booth at all times.
All volunteers who stay once the event is over to help break down booths and load the truck will automatically be given a 22oz bomber of beer.
Servers MUST have a TABC Certified Beer Server certificate.   You can go online to www.learn2serve.com and take the course.
