1 Day Blacksmithing class all day Sunday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a one hour lunch break.
Event Details
This class is to make basic tools that are the foundation of the craft.
The class is interactive and you will work on items that are yours to keep. You will hammer, forge, and do a great deal of the work yourself. The goal is to have a finished product at the end of class for you to take home.
Safety Information: You don’t need to bring much to class--safety glasses and work gloves are provided. It is advised to wear closed toe shoes, preferably leather, and natural fiber clothes such as cotton. Synthetic fibers can catch sparks more easily. As we are in Texas and it's already hot before the forges are fired up, please bring water to stay hydrated.

Minimum age is 16 years of age with parental consent form signed upon drop off at the beginning of class Saturday morning.

What's the refund policy?
As stated on EventBrite, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Class space is limited and there is typically waitlist, so cancellations ahead of time are appreciated so someone else has time to sign up.

Yes, often classes are given as a gift for birthdays or holidays.
