Come join us on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, and learn about a highly sensitive topic that is rarely discussed in civilian transition classes like ours. However, based on feedback we have received over the years, we specifically developed this class with our audience in mind. It is critical to address for your ultimate success.
After 20 plus years (or four or less years) of military service, uniforms and easily identifiable ranks on arms and shoulders, you will no longer be part of your every day life in the civilian marketplace. This single adjustment, not wearing a military uniform, can be one of the biggest adjustments some military members will make in their transition. This class will definitely help you navigate through the process.
You will learn how to evaluate the attire in the workplace and how to determine how to properly respond to your peers and new bosses. If you want a smooth transition in your next position, you must attend this class.
Breakfast and lunch are included. Open to all #Veterans and #Military families18 years and older in Bexar County. This is a FREE VCAP (Veteran to Civilian Assistance Program) training event with the job seeker in mind.
