The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Wine Committee is excited to offer you the opportunity to learn about wine & food pairings as you sample amazing wines from Napa Valley, California’s Central Coast and the Texas Hill Country.

Join us for an educational wine pairing seminar as we sample some wines from California and Texas.
The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Wine Committee is excited to offer you the opportunity to learn about wine & food pairings as you sample amazing wines from Napa Valley, California’s Central Coast and the Texas Hill Country and enjoy delicious foods prepared by local chefs and championship BBQ teams!
Seminars last 30 minutes and seating is limited to 60 guests per seminar. No experience needed to attend—just a willingness to learn more about wine & food pairings! All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid ID upon arrival. Please be advised some of the food prepared may contain allergens such as gluten, nuts, eggs, soy and others.

Guests are permitted to register up to three additional people. To allow as many guests as possible to participate in these seminars, we ask that you limit your registration to only one seminar per day.
LOCATION
Wine Seminars will take place at the H-E-B Wine Cellar, which is located inside The Watering Hole on the Rodeo Grounds (click here to download a map).
