Forest bathing or Shinrin-Yoku, is the Japanese practice of immersing oneself in nature to receive all the incredible mental and physical benefits of being outdoors!
Forest bathing is a series of sensory invitations that help you slow down, reconnect with your body, ease your mind and explore the outdoors and yourself more deeply.
