Charcuterie Concept Graze Craze Now Open in North San Antonio, Texas

Graze Craze®, a booming new concept in charcuterie boards and boxes for healthy lunches, office catering and special events, is now open at 16111 San Pedro Avenue, Suite 102, in North San Antonio’s Galleria Oaks shopping center. Graze Craze is the newest food franchise to join the community of award-winning brands affiliated with United Franchise Group™ (UFG).

Husband-wife team, Ricardo Gutierrez Jr. and Helen Garcia, are proud new franchise owners of Graze Craze’s first San Antonio storefront. The couple is excited to share their passion for unique food and excellent customer service with the community by providing beautifully crafted charcuterie boards featuring specialty meats and cheeses with fresh fruits, vegetables, gourmet sweets and more. With Gutierrez, Jr.’s more than 20 years of experience working in the restaurant industry, the duo is excited to combine their skills to provide an unmatched culinary experience for the community that they call home.

Graze Craze specializes in artfully designed, hand-crafted charcuterie boards and boxes featuring customizable food displays that are perfect for nibbling or for a hearty graze-style meal. The unique menu features several options fit for any occasion and lifestyle and are designed to impress. Whether it’s a formal affair for veggie lovers or a casual get-together complete with meat and cheese for a low-carb crew, Graze Craze has something to offer for everyone. Each charcuterie board is artfully arranged by a Grazologist™ — your very own charcuterie concierge — with several different size options from single boxes for the lone grazer, to grazing boards with enough fresh food to feed a party of ten or more.

The North San Antonio Graze Craze is open for pick-ups Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.–6 p.m., on Saturday 10 a.m.–6 p.m., and on Sunday 10 a.m.–3 p.m., with the option for free local delivery any day of the week.
