Description

The sole purpose of the Cardinals Club is to provide community encouragement, fan support and financial backing for the comprehensive athletics program at The University of the Incarnate Word. The Cardinals Club recognizes the value of a strong, well-supported athletic program that develops whole persons; and, knows the importance of athletic play in the lives of students, parents, alumni, and friends of the University – therefore The University of the Incarnate Word Cardinal Club is established. Objectives: A. To encourage fan support and to develop an appreciation for the role of athletics at University of the Incarnate Word. B. To provide special financial opportunities for individuals and corporations to show their interest in the athletic programs at University of the Incarnate Word. Membership: Every person, organization, corporation or other entity that donates at least $250.00, as determined by the various membership levels, to the Treasurer of the Cardinal's Club, shall be a member of the Cardinals Club and be entitled to vote in general membership meetings. Membership Dues: The term for membership shall start on August 1st of each year and expire on July 31st of the following year. New and renewal memberships after August 1st are with the understanding that the membership does not encompass a full twelve month membership and expires on July 31st.
