Originally from Laredo, TX Gerardo Parra Jr move to San Antonio at the age of 22 to begin his real estate career. He began learning about real estate at the age of 12 where he spent most his summer vacations working with an investor in the San Antonio real estate market. During this time he learned how the investment side of real estate works and how to properly manage a portfolio. After a couple of years he decided to become a licensed real estate agent. Driven by the needs and goals of his clients, Gerardo prides himself on giving all of his clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, market trends, and comparable sales and property values.
