Description
KCFA saw its beginnings as the citizens of Boerne gathered together in 1905 to share agricultural information, recipes, and news of events. In 1913, it was organized into the Kendall County Fair Association and was awarded its nonprofit corporation charter from the State of Texas.Get to know Kendall County Fairgrounds
The Ferdinand Ludwig Von Herff family deeded 55.6 acres of land to KCFA to be used for its annual county fair and to erect buildings for the event and for public use.
