El Bucanero was a nameless dream for Julio Cervantes when he came to the United States. The restaurant was opened up to give customers a taste of seafood from the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Four years and two locations later, the family-owned seafood business and has been showing San Antonio a different style of seafood.
