Helping to Unite by Generating Mental Empowerment (HUG ME) Ink will be hosting it's 3rd Annual KidsFest 2019: Carnaval de Ninos at Traders Village on Saturday, April 20th from 11:00AM-3:00PM.
Event Details
Our past years, we have seen between approx 7000-8000 in attendance.
There’ll be interactive activities, live entertainment, carnival rides, and community resources. We are looking for organizations who would be interested in participating as either an Exhibitor or Sponsor.
Below are the details for each:
EXHIBITOR BASIC: $35; includes 1 chair. You must supply your own table
EXHIBITOR VIP: $50; includes 1 6' table and 2 chairs
SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:
Groupie ($250): includes 1 6' table and 2 chairs, logo on event T-shirt, Logo and Link on HUG ME Ink website
Manager ($500): includes 1 6' table and 2 chairs, logo on event flyer, logo on event T-shirt, Logo and Link on HUG ME Ink website
Rock Star ($1000): includes 1 6' table and 2 chairs, logo on event flyer, logo on event T-shirt, Logo and Link on HUG ME Ink website, logo on Event Banner
The Ringmaster ($2000): includes 1 6' table and 2 chairs, logo on event flyer, logo on event T-shirt, Logo and Link on HUG ME Ink website, logo on Event Banner, Company mentioned on Media (Social, Radio, TV) Spots
MASCOTS/ENTERTAINMENT/ACTIVITIES: If your organization performs or has any mascots or interactive activity, please let us know. We are looking for performers for our Entertainment Line-Up (4 Slots from 11a-3p), Mascots and Interactive Activities
DEADLINE FOR SPONSORS: Friday, March 1st, 2019 by 5PM (Payment and logos will be due by this deadline.)
DEADLINE FOR EXHIBITORS: Friday, April 12th, 2019 by 5PM (Payment from for-profit exhibitors will be due by this deadline.)
