Campers will be immersed in the world of early literacy. Each session will include listening to a read aloud from favorite children’s authors, creating a craft or story book inspired by the author, and playing phonics review games in preparation for the upcoming school year.
Each camper will get a folder that they will add to at the end of each session. The resources in the folder will range from review games, to student-created books, to various literacy based crafts depending on what the campers worked on that day.
